How to use FitHarness

Claude is the interface. This site is the dashboard for what Claude records.

Start here

You don't navigate this app to get things done — you tell Claudeand it writes to your account. The app owns the numbers and the rules (macro maths, progression limits, injury avoidance), so Claude proposes and the app decides what's true. That's why the totals here always add up.

Talk normally. You don't need special phrasing, exact units, or to know a tool name. The phrasings below are examples, not commands.

Good habits

  • Log as you go. Telling Claude between sets takes seconds and beats reconstructing a session that evening.
  • Trust the target weight, not your memory. The app back-solves it from your logged e1RM at the prescribed reps and RPE.
  • Judge weight on the trend. A single scale reading is mostly water. The trend line is the signal.
  • Say when something hurts. Tell Claude and it records the constraint — future sessions route around it automatically.
  • Corrections are cheap. Mis-logged anything? Just say so. Nothing here is write-once.
