FitHarness is used through Claude. After you sign up we'll walk you through connecting it — that's where you set up your training. Do that step on a computer: custom connectors can only be added from a computer — the Claude desktop app or claude.ai in a browser, not the phone apps — though everyday use works fine from your phone once it's attached.
